How to use the ivault Email Signature Generator

  1. Fill in your details, review the live preview, then click Copy rendered signature.
  2. Paste the signature into your email client’s signature settings, save, and send yourself a test email.
  3. Use Copy rendered signature for normal setup.
  4. See below how to install for each email client.

Tip: send a test email to yourself and open it on desktop and mobile to confirm everything looks right.

Gmail / Google Workspace

  1. Open the generator and fill in your details.

  2. Click Copy rendered signature.

  3. In Gmail, click the gear icon in the top right.

  4. Click See all settings.

  5. In the General tab, scroll down to Signature.

  6. Click Create new, name the signature, then click into the signature editor.

  7. Paste the rendered signature.

  8. Under Signature defaults, assign it to:

    • new emails

    • replies / forwards

  9. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.

Important: paste the rendered signature, not the raw HTML code.

Apple Mail

  1. Open the generator and fill in your details.

  2. Click Copy rendered signature.

  3. Open Mail.

  4. Go to Mail → Settings / Preferences → Signatures.

  5. Select the correct email account.

  6. Click the plus button to create a new signature.

  7. Paste the rendered signature into the editor.

  8. Close settings. Apple Mail saves automatically.

Important: Apple Mail can sometimes restyle pasted content. After pasting, send a test email and check that spacing, icons, and app badges still look correct.

Outlook for Mac

  1. Open the generator and fill in your details.

  2. Click Copy rendered signature.

  3. Open Outlook.

  4. Go to Outlook → Settings → Signatures.

  5. Create a new signature.

  6. Paste the rendered signature into the signature editor.

  7. Assign it to new emails and replies if needed.

  8. Save and send yourself a test message.

Important: Outlook can be less predictable than Gmail or Apple Mail. Always test after pasting.
